I want to take a moment to expose you to a study done in 2018 and point you to the nutritional technology my team and myself make available every day to the public. That technology is embodied in one single molecule found in nature in the aloe vera plant called Acemannan.  You’ll be hearing me talk a lot about Acemannan. We use a patented technology that has stabilized its efficacy

I’m going to put some slides up so you can follow along easily enough and this won’t take too long. My hope is that you will begin to see what I’ve been seeing for the last several years. First, this study can be found at this link and then this is a screen shot of the study entitled: Aloe Polysaccharides Inhibit Influenze A Virus Infection—A Promising Natural Anti-flu Drug. I’m going to come back to that title at the end, but for now let’s get started.

First, it is important to point out that an Aloe Polysaccharide is Acemannan, the core molecule we place in all our nutritional products made available via MannaRelief/Alovéa. Acemannan is the aloe polysaccharide in the aloe plant. It is a polysaccharide that originates with the aloe vera plant and what gives the aloe plant its healing dynamics. This has been talked about throughout the last few thousand years of history, including references in the Bible.

Okay, this 2018 Chinese study, took 80 mice and divided them into four groups of 20 mice each. They created a control group, a saline group, an Acemannan 20/mg/day group and an Acemannan 40/mg/day group.

All groups except the control group were given a lethal dose of Flu virus intranasally. And they were observed for seven days post infection.

Let’s go over that one more time for clarity’s sake.

Four groups of 20 mice each were divided into first: a control group that was NOT infected with the lethal dose of flu virus and they were also NOT give any Acemannan.

The second group, the saline group, were infected with the lethal dose of flu virus and NOT given any Acemannan. The third group was given the lethal dose of flu virus and also given 20 mg of Acemannan every day. And the fourth group were given the lethal dose of flu virus and given 40 mg of Acemannan every day.

Now let’s look at the results. First, the control group.

That control group, who basically were just left alone, had a 100% survival rate after seven days. That is what we would expect.

The second group was infected with flu, but given no Acemannan . . . What can we expect would happen inside those 7 days? You guessed it. All 20 mice died and they all died by day three.

Now we look at the third group. They were given the lethal dose but also given 20 mg of Acemannan every day. The results? There was a 50% survival rate after 7 days. 10 of the 20 mice survived.

And then the fourth group. They were given the lethal dose but also given 40 mg of Acemannan every day. The results here measured at a 70% survival rate after 7 days. In other words, 14 of the 20 mice survived.

This is a screenshot of the graph provided from the study itself. It’s done differently but it shows the same results.

This experiment gives us indication that Acemannan contributed to survival, and that the survival rate may have been dose dependent. As the report itself states, “Aloe polysaccharides reduces mortality in virus-infected mice.”

I’ll let this study speak for itself with this caveat. The study called Acemannan a drug. Now, I don’t know what China qualifies as a drug, since this was a Chinese study; but in the United States when Carrington Laboratories, whose scientists initially patented Acemannan, took it to the Food and Drug Administration in the early 90s in hopes of getting it classified as a drug. The FDA turned it down as not qualifying as a drug because it had no toxicity. This opened the doors for it to enter the nutraceutical market.
